Taekwondo classes are typically of 60-90 minutes, working on the different areas of this Martial Art. Along with conditioning and fitness, students are taught the following;

 

• Kicking

• Blocking

• Striking

• Punching

• Patterns (series of movements memorized in a specific order) and

• Self-defense

 

Our academy is affiliated to the Taekwondo Federation Of India, Bengaluru which is the governing body for Taekwondo in India. Color Belt Certificates are awarded by the District Taekwondo Association. Black Belt and above gradings are certified as well as awarded by the World Taekwondo (Kukkiwon), Korea. Students are able to attend a number of training seminars taken by qualified masters. They get chance to attend camps at National Institute of Sports (Patiala) and Sports Authority of India at various locations across India. They are encouraged to enter championships from School Games, District, Zonal, State, National and to all International events (Asian Games, South Asian Games, Commonwealth Games, World Championship, Olympic Games).
